Been on citalopram for 8 years weaned off over 5 months started on duloxetine but had to give up after 6 days as I was retaining urine started on sertraline today at 1pm on 25mg as I'm very nervous of side effects didn't take anything last night and had massive panic attack just want to feel well pharmacist said these are very similar to citalopram which I did well on till it stopped working just hoping I will be ok any thoughts anyone please thanks
