hi I'm trying hard not to panic but its tough I just wanted to ask anyone if it normal to have twitching under left breast I can feel it with my hand and its scaring me its been ongoing for ten minutes already and came out of nowhere

Ella its probably just stress..it can do very strange things to our bodies...... have a little time out and do some breathing exercises...

I get random twitches all over I would also say anxiety/stress! I had a twitching lip for about 2 months before my wedding, not at all on the wedding day or on honeymoon then came back again the day I got home!! Lasted another 3 months then just stopped as suddenly as it started.
