I think you've deleted the original texts !

I think you said you'd had two coffees and two drinks at a friends and it had brought your anxiety back so were worried about traveling next week ?

I'm sure the caffeine and alcohol will be well out of your system by next week and you'll feel a lot more resilient. Go for some nice walks in between now and then and replace that anxiety with lots of calming feel good chemicals.
Find some good podcasts to listen to on the plane on a subject you like or a good book.

Don't worry about not getting replies, some of these boards can get very slow sometimes and it makes you start to wonder if you've done something wrong haha. Other times they can be pretty active.
