I have found that by completely dropping cheese or any food containing cheese from my diet, my long term symptoms of depression and anxiety have completely gone. It took about a month and got worse before it got better but it has not returned after what is now ten years. I cant eat even a small piece of cheese without feeling the beginnings of anxiety a few days later. Has anybody else tried this?

Good to hear that. For me it's just another confirmation that food affects not our physical but also mental health. I heard someone said "we are what we eat".
