Hi there,

I am a researcher at the University of East London. My colleagues and I have created an 8 Week Mindfulness Based Well-Being Program. This online program combines aspects of positive psychology with mindfulness. The aim of the study is to enhance well-being by increasing factors such as positive emotions, self-awareness, relations with others, self-compassion etc. Similar studies have been effective in reducing anxiety. We are now looking for participants to take part in the study! If you are interested please comment below and I will provide you with further information.

No, and after some Googling, I suspect we won't!

She also posted a thread on this site:

That was posted 26 Feb and she bumped it for more participants on 1st March, was asked a question on 10th March (same day she posted here) and replied to that question on 11th March.

So, I've looked her up and found this where she joined 10th April:

So, sadly she didn't come back on here as she did on tinybuddha and didn't see people asking about it. It's clear from mindfuluniverse & tinybuddha that we all needed to send her an email despite her asking us to leave a post on here so she could contact us. It started 11th April and ended 27th April.

So, it seems they were desperately seeking extra people as they hadn't attacted enough and because they didn't tell us the correct way to get involved, we've all missed out.

Maybe there will be another one in the future? All very badly organised from what I've seen and I guess wasting peoples time on here is of no consequence? :mad::mad::mad:
