Is this what I have?
I have had a painc attack last week, which sent me spiralling, scared I would have another, I didn't eat for the whole week.
Iv had one since, which went very quickly, and not another...
But I find myself panicking about having them, even though I haven't had a lot?
I just want to get over this, and trying to find the best way?

Btw, I take 40ml of Propranolol in the morning... I'm so anxious that this is a forever thing, I just want it gone :(

That's exactly how it started for me.

The best thing you can do is say to yourself that whilst unpleasant, a panic attack isn't dangerous. If it happens, it happens.

Worrying about it happening again is one of the most common things to do, and one of the easiest ways to get into a spiral of panic.

Worry about it when it happens, and even then just breath deeply and wait for it to pass. That's all you really need to do.
