Me....again

Quick reassurance needed again!!! Sorry :(

Had cough and cold for a week. Coughed up a bit of mucus, (yuk I know), had a speck of blood then blew my nose ten mins later and had a nosebleed.

No bothered by the nosebleed but mind racing re blood in phlegm ( my main ha is lung cancer). I am all over the place now; feel sick and not myself!! Trying to talk myself down but not succeeding.

Brain telling me nise and throat all connected (I can be logical!!!! Lol), but heart telling me otherwise......arghhhhh!

Just some one tell me I'm ok!!!

You're okay! :) its quite common, it happens to me too when have a chest infection (I also started a thread about it ha).

Good luck finding it amongst all my other deathly illnesses! We all need a kick up the jacksie sometimes (me daily lol). I freaked out completely but its happened a few times now I'm rather cool about it now.

Mine wasn't in my nose though just my phlegm which is what worried me. The nose should put you right at ease as its all connected x

I did have a quick look and couldn't find it!! No offence but you sound as bad as me.....it's horrible isn't it. I se a lot of yours based on brain aneurysms: that must be just as scary, unfortunately I can't offer any advice except that last year I had terrible tension headaches-obviously I thought the worst! After these worries have subsided I know how foolish I sound.

My brain aneurysm fear is horrendous, followed closely by blood clots (fearing this right now). I am just convinced I will die young, don't kmow why but I just feel it if you see what I mean. Terrifying :(
