after years of anxiety, decided to try citalopram, thank god i did, after all the side effects had gone, i started to feel normal again, been on cit 9 months now, and im 100000% better, and i have also gained confidence, and thats somthing i never had, i feel pretty tired on cit but that is one small price to pay, i cant say enough how much it has changed my life, any one starting out on cit, stick with it it will work, good luck to all.

Maybe you can tell us a bit about your citalopram journey? Side effects, dosage, how long it took you to feel better etc.

i was on 20mg at the start, felt alittle better on 20, but not great then decided to go on 40mg. and after been on 40s for about 3 months i started to feel my old self again, and now im happy as ive ever been, all in all its taken about 8 months to get right, and find the right dose, but i have also started excercising, and eating smarter,
