Pulse in stomach

Hi.. Can someone please help.. I am getting freaked out and my anxiety is through the roof.. I've had abdominal pain on and off all evening and I've just come to be and lied down and my pulse in my stomach is really strong and it's going right down to under my belly button.. Now I've done something stupid and googled it and aortic anyrisum (I can't spell ) came flagging up and now I am
Officially panicked .. Is this normal the pulse in the stomach ???
