View Full Version : Worrying myself

I know I'm probably being utterly ridiculous and spinning myself into an anxiety attack for no reason, but about 5 minutes ago I drank a mouthful or so water and it felt as if it were trying to go up my nose, or down the 'wrong hole'. I sat up, coughed once and swallowed, but it felt like a little went into my lungs??

It's scared me into having an anxiety attack, which means I'm currently having the tight throat and chest symptoms, but part of me is scared that there really IS water in my lungs and it's some how going to harm me.

Some reassurance would be greatly appreciated...
