can this dp/dr make you loose concentratiom nothing seems to sink in when i look at the paper or listen to any one its seems im not there

Hi Elvin,

Yes they certainly do mean that you can't concentrate as does anxiety in general - what you're feeling is completely normal, and as you start to get better it will ease up.
