Blood test results

Hi all I was wondering if anyone could shed any light on these results or has had the same thing.

I have been having abdominal cramps and general symptoms of ibs for a while now but because I'm anxious my doc sent me for blood tests, all came back normal apart from a slightly raised inflammation marker?! He said it should be around the 25 mark and mine is 31.

This has sent me into blind panic! He tried to reassure me and is repeating the test in a months time but I have convinced myself Its something bad :(

Has anyone ever had any dealings with these inflammation markers before?
