Hit my head!

Hi everyone, I need some advice. I was working at my laptop an hour ago and an ornament fell off of a nearby shelf and hit me on the top of the head (Silly, I know). Needless to say, I am shaken up/ panicking, which is not helped by my googling of head injuries. So far I have quite a headache which seems to be the only symptom apart from some tinnitus which went away pretty quickly. I'm trying to calm down but health anxiety is putting things into my mind.

My mum said I'm fine and has gone out, I'm still pretty shaken up though.
