i,ve been good all morning. but then went to loo for a number 2 and then when i came off i all of a sudden felt all foggy headed and weird an my anxietys and i got scared and felt a bit smutherd like i was not gonna breath. i hate when i feel unusual. i,ve had anx/panic for 6 years now and still find it hard to come to terms with.
