Serious case of brain fog etc...again

Hi all
I'm feeling rubbish at present. I feel like I'm on a boat, my focus is all out, my head is pounding and I just cannot concentrate everything feels fuzzy and full and I'm so spaced out. I have had nausea and headaches for the past three days so I'm feeling particularly anxious at the moment. I'm trying to use my techniques and calm myself down but I feel I'm verging on the edge of a panic attack at any moment :-(

Hi Julia. I'm getting there. Thanks for your message,. I just feel really low at the moment, health anxiety is really high, convinced my ear infections spreading to my brain and it's why I'm getting these headaches, though I'm having a lot of tension. Can't shake it, I went to the sea side yesterday and was convinced I was going to collapse when I was there even though I wasn't in constant pain or anything. Hate it. X
