Hi all
I'm feeling rubbish at present. I feel like I'm on a boat, my focus is all out, my head is pounding and I just cannot concentrate everything feels fuzzy and full and I'm so spaced out. I have had nausea and headaches for the past three days so I'm feeling particularly anxious at the moment. I'm trying to use my techniques and calm myself down but I feel I'm verging on the edge of a panic attack at any moment :-(
