Both ears infected again

So my post earlier was saying about brain fog etc anyway I went the doctors and for the 3rd time this year both my ears are infected as they're still perforated. I'm still waiting my tympanoplasty operation date but I feel so crap. Can ear infections cause nausea?

I know that an ear infection can cause dizzyness so I would say that in my opinion you would get nausea as well,did doc give you meds or drops

I've had to have meds I can't have drops as I've two ear perforations. Since July last year. I've had so many course of antibiotics I worry ill get something wrong with me from them. My heads so so sore tonight. :-(
