After scaring myself silly over the last few weeks due to the build up of my dental appointment (every 3 months) to help maintain good hygienic and to spot any possible signs of anything not right.
I have been seeing this dentist for a few years now, why do I see get worry, I have improved my brushing techniques a lot, still struggling to get into some parts of the mouth (but I do try)
No work doing :) apart form polished and scaled, was worried about one tooth a bit sharp (no idea what she said it was) but she thought it was fine, may smooth it down next time for me.
