Since my last post i have taken to checking my pulse and just started with my hand on my chest area to feel my heartbeat .. Should it have one beat that feels stronger than the rest? .. It has a few beats then the next one feels a lot stronger! :weep:
I just calculated my pulse in my wrist with how many beats per 15seconds then calculating it by 4 to get your heart rate .. Mine calculated to 68 and apparently normal is 60-100 .. Brain is in overtime :(
