neck tension near and around adams apple

wondering if anyone else gets this its like an achey feeling around where your adams apple is? its very annoying and i am starting to focus and worry about it

I get this right the way from my stomach to the back of my throat, it varies in location every time I get it. It horrible. Chewing gum and eating helps a bit I find.

I started getting this feeling yesterday. It doesnt feel like a sore throat, but like an achey feeling and everytime you swallow it feels like theres a knot in there. Lately I've been worried about having cancer from other symptoms I've been having, so I figured it's probably just due to anxiety. Have you been concerned or worried about something lately?

I think I might have this too. It feels as though someone has an ice cube pressed up against my skin. Its that sort of aching pain, but its not. Actually a sore throat or neck...
