Accidentally swallowed hair dye whilst rinsing in the bath, help?!

Hi, so I accidentally swallowed hair dye whilst rinsing in the bath. It was diluted and I think it may have been a little bit but now I feel short of breath and a bit dizzy. I'm not sure if this is just because I'm worrying but will I be okay?!

I've probably swallowed a tonne of the stuff by now. Unless you're actively swigging from the bottle, you'll be fine :)
