Help me calm down?!

Almost a week and a half ago I dislocated my right shoulder. A little while after that my left arm started feeling heavy. Everybody says it's because I'm using my left hand more and it's nothing to worry about. However I haven't been using it that much and of course I've just googled and now I'm freaking out. I don't know if it's anxiety related or muscular or a stroke or heart issues.. Does anyone have any opinions?

Things like this randomly happen to our bodies all the time. Those with HA obsess about them, those without HA shrug them off as 'weird things which happen to our bodies all the time'.
