Hot hands

So I had a basic neuro exam yesterday, reflexes, grip, strength, etc, and all was normal. However, in classic HA style, I'm still worried about MS. Today, my hands are really hot! No sweating, just a sensation of heat, not painful. Anyone get this?

If you concentrate on your left foot for 60 seconds, it will feel warm and tingly.
