chest and throat

I am not feeling as bad as I did but have got this really annoying thing going on with my chest and throat. Its hard to explain but I feel as if I am breathing in cold air all the time and it irritates/hurts my throat and nose. My chest feels funny, a cross between an ache and as if I am really excited/nervous all the time. It is worse at night when I am sat down trying to relax when I become really aware of it.

I know its nothing to worry about - just due to stress - because I dont notice it when I am distracted and busy. Other than buzzing around all the time what can I do?

The old remedy for similar troubles was a towel over your head and the steam from a bowl of boiling water, usually with something added. It may be worth a try.
