Scared of brain tumors

Hi, I'm an 18 year old female. I've been pretty healthy my whole life, no history of any bad diseases. I suffer from GAD and OCD and worry about the littlest things :P I keep getting these sensitive spots in my head that hurt whenever I touch it. I also feel like the back my head has a weird shape I haven't really noticed before, so I don't know if its all in my head or what. I'm really afraid of cancer and mostly brain cancer. I've been feeling fine otherwise, no headaches or anything.

Hi I know what you mean when my anxiety was at its highest ,I couldnt think about anything else 24/7 to the point were I would run round in circles crying not that this helped ,then after having thearapy it taught me how to cope and understand all these awful thoughts and feelings its been along struggle but im getting there you can too you just have to believe xx
