shoulder and arm ache!!

hi guys

im still having the pains in my arms, its really getting me down its on and off and also my armpits are ache, my left shouder is really tense and painful as is that side of my neck, its kinda bypassing my arm and aching my hand, im getting scared ive had the arm aches on and off for nearly a week now, the pain is radiating out to my collerbone too, has any1 had this and do u have any ideas what it could be?? ive just done a really rash thing and booked in with a private osteopath , maybe its my back! ohh i dunno but its begining to get me on the slippery slope of feeling down again.

Hi Leanne,
It sounds as though its just tension. I get such bad pains in my shoulders/arms/shoulder blades that i can barely get comfortable in any positions It feels like i've been holding very very heavy bags in each hand for a long time.

yes that is exactly how my hands feel, like ive been holding a heavy bag and then u let it go, they also feel slighty tingly at times.thanks for replying hun
