heavy, fuzzy head

I was just going about my day when I felt a little dizzy. Then my head started feeling really heavy. I slept for half an hour and I'm just lying in my bed right now. I don't have a headache just like a weird feeling in the top of my head and I can feel my heart pounding in my head.
I don't know if its anxiety or not. Its like I feel tired in my head, but my body feels awake.. :(

Ive had that feeling all day today, woke feeling dizzy, my head feels heavy a bit like im drunk. I have been working extra hours the last couple of weeks and think ive got to the point where im exhausted. As an anxiety sufferer I am making myself feel worse because I am worrying about it all the time, its the first time today I have felt bad for a long time, im sure it will pass x
