I find arts and crafts really help me keep calmer by giving me something to focus on so I do a lot of them! Here's my most recent painting, I can't add more picture than that for some reason.

Thanks everyone, I'll have to have a root around and see if I can find any other bits worth sharing :) I do a lot of sculpting too, and crochet and jewellery making even a bit of taxidermy (bones only).

Oosh yeah you really do, its a good way to zone out and shut my mind off when I get into it. That sounds cool, I'd love to learn bass but I've nowhere to store anything bulky like a guitar at the moment (having had to move back into my parents box room storage is pretty limited!)

I've never tried it but OCD-Greyhound put 3 in his thread so you cna do it. This forum is similiar to one I used in the past so it might work with ; between them or just add them seperately but in the same post, if that makes sense?

I worked it out, can you tell XD

I find crafting and drawing really get me absorbed and I don't worry when I'm doing something crafty so I do a lot of it... I thoroughly recommend taking up some kind of craft to anyone with anxiety as it really helps to keep your brain busy.

I can see some of your influences are rats, tattoo design plus some Japanese influence. Did you design for clients in that tattoo place you worked in ?(I am remember correctly, aren't I?)

I mainly worked on my own portfolio as my boss was very much determined to be the one who did everything important in the shop, all designs that were for customers always ended up being used and told they were done by him...! so yes but no if that makes sense XD
