Fear of tetanus, please please help me

Hi, last night I stepped on a nail in my floor and it tore a hole in my sock. I didn't see any wound on my foot, but it hurts. but I put rubbing alcohol on it anyways. I'm having such bad anxiety, I can't stop shaking and crying. I haven't had a tetanus shot in 10+ years, so that's making me really feel bad right now. can't cope..

To get tetanus you would need to break the skin,if It didn't then you want get It, you could still get a shot to make sure you don't get It in the future.
