crackling ears?

Anybody get crackling/popping ears due to anxiety?

Umm if I yawn I can hear crackles or sometimes I just hear them when I am eating or talking.

I had to have my ears syringed last year as they were a bit blocked with wax so I assume it is just that coming back again.

This is why I said it is nothing to do with anxiety in my case.

I always have crackling ears! Worse when my sinuses are playing up x

Yeah I get it sometimes. Comes and goes when it wants! Used to worry but don't now. Been happening for years! X
