I've been anxious/stressed for around a year now and I've just moved to a new place pretty far away. Long story short I've been feeling really bloated from what I assume is gas (I can feel everything gurgling, etc) and I've been getting sharp pains on my right side close to my ribs that comes with the bloating, or sometimes not. I've been eating sporadically due to stressed, etc. Some days I hardly eat anything at all, maybe just a grapefruit and some juice and others I manage to eat more. Has anyone else gone through this? I'm hoping it's just my lack of eating and anxiety/stress that's causing this, I can't take this anxiety.
