I joined the site this evening and would like to say hello to everyone. I am a 36-year-old male who has always been an uptight person but began having panic attacks three months ago. I have been working hard to understand and overcome this problem so I hope to learn from everyone here.
I am actually the third generation in my immediate family to deal with this issue. My mother and grandmother also experienced panic attacks and anxiety at points in their lifetime so I often rely on them for understanding and support. So glad to continue the legacy. :shrug:
