Managed to have a nice easter

Despite my stomach pain and cancer worry I actually managed to have a nice easter!

I just managed my symptoms with indigestion tablets and put it at the back of my mind.

Must try to keep that the same now I am back at work - this is where I normally break the habit!

That's great news. Now that you know a good day you know you can have more. When I first had anxiety I was so afraid I would never feel good again. I had one good day and then more and more :)
