Hello all
New to this site which was given to me by a friend/ work colleague.
I've been suffering from on and off bullying at work for the last five years and after the death of my father at the beginning of the year and then the tragedy of having my horse put down (he was my world) I just ended up breaking down at work after a particularly nasty argument with my boss.
I've was signed off work with stress/ depression for about a month now and the first lot of tablets made me too jittery and I felt totally out of control so my doctor prescribed me Lofepramine 70mg tabs but to be honest these just don't seem to do anything other than make me sleepy at the wrong times and pretty much feeling nauseas 24/7!
Anyway as a newbie I will have a look around and hopefully get something positive out of this site. Thanks for reading.
