Have Pneumonia am terrified

So I went to the ER yesterday because I was coughing up chunks of blood and had trouble breathing. They did blood work and a chest X Ray and found I have Pneumonia on my lower left lobe. They gave me anti biotics and sent me home but im really freaking out I heard pneumonia is very dangerous and coughing up chuncks of blood puts me in panic mode help please im a male 30 years old with type 2 diabetes

i'm only 19 and i've had pneumonia twice in my life. And of course, I'm still alive :) pneumonia is not THAT serious, trust me.

Why would they send you home if they thought it was very serious? They see it every day so you have to trust them and take the pills.
