Hello, I want some interpretation of my blood test results considering some strange symptoms I've been having lately. Recently, I have had insommnia where I only sleep 4 hours a night, have a loss of appetite where I can eat food and drink water but don't feel the need to do much of that. I've also had some mental fog where I can have trouble remembering things at times, but I'm not forgetting anything. I went to the Cleveland Clinic and had some blood work and these were my results.

Protein, Total 8.0 6.0 - 8.4 g/dL
Albumin 5.1 3.5 - 5.0 g/dL H
Calcium 10.2 8.5 - 10.5 mg/dL
Bilirubin, Total 0.4 0.0 - 1.5 mg/dL
Alkaline Phosphatase 71 40 - 150 U/L
AST 32 7 - 40 U/L
Glucose 90 65 - 100 mg/dL
BUN 11 10 - 25 mg/dL
Creatinine 0.92 0.70 - 1.40 mg/dL
Sodium 142 135 - 146 mmol/L
Potassium 3.8 3.5 - 5.0 mmol/L
Chloride 101 98 - 110 mmol/L
CO2 26 23 - 32 mmol/L
Anion Gap 15 0 - 15 mmol/L
ALT 51 5 - 50 U/L H

The doctor I went to said my blood test results were mostly fine except for my ALT and Albumin levels which were slightly high. She said this was nothing to worry about however and was generally nonspecific. I have an appointment with her to have my blood redrawn next Thrusday but I guess I wanted to know if I'm fine waiting till then or should I be worried?

I think these readings are best explained by trained medical staff at the clinic to be honest, there may be somebody here who could advise you, but most of us are anxiety sufferers and wouldn't know how to understand blood results. Probably best to wait until you go back again.
