Hi,
Some of you are already aware about my situation. Married at 33, widowed 13 months later when my husband was killed in a road accident, mad health anxiety, usually cancer and heart fears.
A friend of mine gave me the website below and told me to subscribe for free. Every week, they send outpositive thoughts and messages and I have to say, it is really helpful....for me anyway.
Hopefully it may help some of you lovely guys too. :)
