Hi i have took myself off citalopram 3 weeks ago tommorow after being on them over 8 years. By accident i kept forgetting to collect my perscrition so after 3 days clear i thought id continue with nothing as i thought the first few days would be the worst (they were hell) but i gradually started to feel a bit better and pure stubborness made me continue.
My pure family has had a hard couple of weeks but so have i , most persistant symptom being the constant dizzy spells,as if you have stood up to fast but these go on for hours at a time .also my sleeping patterns are all over and my moods change from minute to minute. I thought it would be a bit easier by now but not a lot of change really still very sad/angry still a few dizzy spells ,so not sure what to do ,go on a lower dose or persist??
