Cit???? why so many side effects?

Well i have started to feel a little disconnected from myself and sometimes i get to feeling light headed and itchy and like my body is getting numb all over. Then my heart starts to race! i start to panic.. This is my 2nd week on cit! please tell me this is normal.. I also have a cold, my eras hurt and a cough so i feel awful

Think of it as a big cut, you have now scanned over, but still very sensitive, give it a couple of weeks and you will be in a much better place. All you feel is normal, you should start to see it pick up in a week or so.

I listen to this song each and everyday since I started citalopram, its called Through The Rain, when I listen to it I get happy and it helps me push through the bad days knowing i'll "make it through the rain" and get better.

Eve. The side effects are nasty at the start. One step backwards to take another pair forwards....The side effects WILL pass, though :-)
After 4 weeks or so, this drug (along with Counselling!) helped me to recover; Look at my post history, especially stuff from 2009, and believe in yourself.
