Same old chest tightness

This time it's above both my nipples, like in localised area it feels tight, like a muscular type of tightness as if it needs a good stretch but obviously I have stretched and nothing is happening.

I'm remaining calm and telling myself there's nothing wrong with me and it's NOT a heart attack or anything of the like.

Just do this for an hour and see how it makes you feel
