Short of breath, body feels numb,my neck feels tight my muscles are tensed just feel sick trying real hard not to go into panic mode.... I JUST NEED SOME ONE TO CHAT WITH AND LET ME KNOW EVERYTHING IS OK :weep:

No thanks factually required. I simply state the facts as is my own natural fact to do so.

I know the facts myself to do with my own factual OCD however, due to it being my thoughts no matter how factually stray and intrusive, I feel as if I factually think said facts.

However no thanks required as stated. If you require conversation or I can be of factual use, I am as per the usual glad to assist and oblige any DPG and lady like yourself.

Im just having a really bad week! my babies are sick im sick and my anxiety is out the roof!!!!!! i feel awful!!!

5, 3. 2 and 5 months =( im a stay home mother!!

Its understandable to find that hard going,anyone would.Its hard when they're ill.
Are you getting much sleep?

I can fall asleep just fine but i wake up anxious and cant go back to sleep.....

yes, i have been on cit for 2 weeks now! also 4 diff anti's in the past 5 months! So i have been going a little out my mind!

I've been on different meds recently and can't get it right yet so I can sympathize.
Have you got good support?
How are you feeling now,any calmer?
