Forgotten

For two weeks on and off I've been having pains, but today is coming to be the worse. I have a really, really sore throat, where it hurts to yawn so much that I can't. I also feel like I can't swallow the best, unless if I'm chewing gum and it only somewhat helps the pain. I also have pretty bad back pain, a stiff neck and chest pain that hurts even more when I inhale a large amount of air... Any ideas on what this could be or the cause of it? I'm quite scared it could be something really serious, as it also is followed by a headache around the temples and a minor head buzz feeling... Wish I understood what to do...

I've also been constantly annoyed at everything, I just feel like I won't ever get back to my normal self...
