Why am I never reassured??????

I have been scared I have hiv from casually kissing friends from time to time. I also have many symptoms that coincide with hiv. And even though EVERY single thing I've read online always you can't contact hiv this way, I'm still worried!! Why can't I believe it???

You can't. If we could contract HIV from kissing, then we would all have it!

I once thought I had HIV. I had symptoms of it for months, then as soon as I got the results that said I didn't have it, all my symptoms just suddenly vanished!

It's because you need to work on the anxiety issues that run underneath all of this, reassurance about your health worries will not help for long if you're still thinking in an anxious way. You need to treat the anxiety if you want to get out if this cycle.
