Hi Im Mark, 43 from Somerset I have Anxiety and Depression.I feel really alone with it,Im under going CBT at the moment but Id really love to meet some other people that understand me.I want to get thru this so badly.If there is anyone that would like to meet for a coffee and a chat id love to hear from you.Not going to be easy but I want to try.

There's a few people in Bath and surrounding areas :) we tried to all meet up in Bath but getting a time we could all do was harder than we thought! If you seach for the Bath thread it might be worth putting something on there. Anyway, you're not alone :roflmao:
