I have started a small, friendly group that meets every Thursday at 7:30pm in Selby.

My name is Diane and I currently live in Beal which is near Selby
I have a condition called Dystonia which means I am in constant pain every day and as such I suffer regularly from Panic attacks and anxiety. I was hoping to meet people who had the same issues as myself in my age group I am 46yrs and noticed your group.
Please can you confirm that you still hold these group meetings on Thursday evenings if you could let me know I would be ery grateful.
