cant get a tune out of my head

Over the last few days i have had a bloody tune in my head that i heard in the pub.its driving me crazy.any tips how to get rid of it.

Normally if I have a tune that drives me up the wall, I would replace it with my favourite songs. If it is still in my head after that, I would listen to one of my favourite albums. That normally does the trick for me.

Oh its so annoying I do it all the time ,I try to sing another tune lol and hope that it doest get stuck in my head xx :D
