hi there does any 1 ever get there heart going really fast for a couple of seconds like pounding out your chest then irrrgular then missing ,like one big terryifying flutter just had this again and freaked me out,hope you can help guys take care marcia

i have to do it for my kids if not for myself marciaxx

hi molly, yeah these are just ectopic beats you are getting i started to get them about 4 years ago it all started when i started to get over panic attacks they are harmless i know they are scary at the time but just try to breath through them and ignore them i know its hard but it does eventually work pm me anytime julie xx

Hi Molly, I get these a lot. They started a couple of years ago and you do get used to them I promise. They are more inconvenient than anything because they do frigthen you. They still frighten me now at times, but I just say to myself "beahve Les, it's only your anxiety" and I soon forget about them once my heart goes back to normal.
