hi molly, yeah these are just ectopic beats you are getting i started to get them about 4 years ago it all started when i started to get over panic attacks they are harmless i know they are scary at the time but just try to breath through them and ignore them i know its hard but it does eventually work pm me anytime julie xx
Hi Molly, I get these a lot. They started a couple of years ago and you do get used to them I promise. They are more inconvenient than anything because they do frigthen you. They still frighten me now at times, but I just say to myself "beahve Les, it's only your anxiety" and I soon forget about them once my heart goes back to normal.
Hope you get lots of reassurance.
Les, x
thank you for your replies very much appreciated xx
