coughing til the point of being sick

Hi everyone.
I have been having coughing fits and tight chest near windpipe for weeks. Was diagnosed with viral tracheitis and it started to improve.

Today it has come back so strong and I've had a coughing fit to the point I vomitted a lot.

I'm so bluddy worried there is something seriously wrong with me, the panic is making it worse but I can't stop panicking when I feel like I can't breathe :( I can breathe, and I'm not gasping for breath but I just can't stop coughin

Anyone suffered with tracheitis? I used to have an inhaler for it when I was younger but doesn't do any good now.

My throat is hurting now and very scratchy. Have pains in my back chest Stomach knee thigh and hip. What I'd do to feel normal again :(:(:(

Never heard of it but I had a tickly cough a couple of weeks ago and I was wretching I was coughing so much :( made my heart go fast and I got lightheaded as well

I had a really tickly dry cough not long ago and I was coughing that much It made me heave a hell of a lot,

You should feel better soon... my coughing session went on for a few days..

Juat drink lots of fluids to keep your throat soothed
