Today i had something like a flash back, but not really! it seemed like it happen before but i know it didnt!! Thats the best way i can explain it! Then after i realized it i started to panic a bit!! have anyone ever did this???

It's called Déjà Vu.

Yeah I've had this many times, I think everyone has! It's caused me too panic before as well :)

Ahhhhh.....

I had this for like 3 days straight not long ago...

Everything I felt or did I could of swarn I felt it before or did it before and it was really anoying me..

I wouldnt describe it as de ja vu though cause it didnt feel like that

I've certainly experienced it to the point of having brief episodes of panic though :)
